Shipping policy

At SOI LONDON, we aim to make every order simple and seamless, from checkout to delivery.

Normally our logistics partners deliver orders within 4 working days (after handing over) in the UK and within 8 days in the rest of the world.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@soilondon.com and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. SOI LONDON cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

International Delivery

International orders are prepared and dispatched from the UK. Available destinations, delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also affect estimated delivery times.
